What We Do

At i4cNature we don’t just want to talk about it.

We want our words to turn into action, and the outcome from our work is always aimed towards concrete projects that we help bring to life. Our work is dedicated to give people the tools, capacity, and confidence to speak a common language linking finance, business, and conservation science, and build the communications needed to create a shared vision for the world’s protected natural areas.

We do this through uniquely structured training and capacity building events, organizational strengthening support, and individual mentoring. In some cases, we find that the first step is to help people tell the story of their place and its needs. But, we always work from this point towards the development of collaborative and practical actions.

We also foster pilot projects between business, investors, governments, conservation trusts, NGOs, and communities to provide living models for the emerging blue-green economy that benefits from protected nature. Our goal at the end of every project is to ensure that everyone at the local level and beyond has the skills and resources they need to plan, communicate, and implement initiatives that will sustain public and private protected natural areas, and support the growth of sustainable businesses and communities that depend on them.
